Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 3/23/23 from 5:05pm to 5:45pm with program staff. There were 11 children in care, supervised by two staff. Children were observed playing on the playground and transitioning back to the YMCA space where they washed hands and had snack. On-site child and staff records were reviewed as well as off-site records at the YMCA office on 3/23/23. Two medications and authorization forms were reviewed and the center has two staff with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed. Required postings were observed. Snack served was pretzels and oranges.
