Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:45-4:15pm with staff. There were 20 school age children, present with two staff supervising. Children were observed washing hands and eating snack, which was pretzels and cheese sticks. Two onsite staff records and two onsite child records were reviewed at the time of the inspection along with the daily attendance record, emergency drill log, written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions, three accident reports and the required posted information. Both staff on site have current Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification, however it was reported that there was no medication on site.
