Inspector Notes

An announced renewal inspection was conducted with the Manager of the program on 3/23/23 at the YMCA office as the program is not currently operating due to lack of enrollment. The Manager's record was reviewed as well as the liability insurance for the program. As the program is not operating at this time, standards related to child records, the care of children, supervision, etc. could not be observed/reviewed. The program has not operated since closing for the pandemic in 2020, therefore, a provisional license will be recommended at this time.
