During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 12/04/2024 and completed on 12/04/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:30am and ended at 12:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 20. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 caregivers records on-site.

This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. On one wall of the care area there was an area that showed mold. The area was on the higher part of the wall.

Potentially poisonous substances, shall be stored away in areas inaccessible to children.
Poisonous substances were observed on different areas of the fdh as follows: *The door to the laundry room, which is adjacent to the care area, was unlocked. Inside the laundry room, on the floor, there was laundry detergent, carpet shampoo solution, fabric softener, three gallons of bleach. * A small can of paint was observed on a table of the infants area, next to the changing table. * A bag of salt pellets was observed on the floor, next to the fridge, under a toy chair.
