Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal was conducted today. Five children were present with two caregivers for fourteen points which is within ratios for supervision. Children were playing in the backyard at the time of arrival. Reviewed physical space, records for 2 children, household member background and health records, trainings and emergency preparation. Lunch to be served today was pasta with meatballs, green beans and fruit. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
