Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted July 20, 2023 between 11:58 am and 12:40 pm. There was one (1) child present with one (1) caregiver supervising for a total of 2 points within the supervision guidelines. The child was observed eating lunch, and playing with age appropriate materials. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, evacuation drill logs, menu, first aid supplies, attendance, child and caregiver records, and emergency procedures. No medication was on sight at the time of the inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations issued to the program.
