A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on January 11,2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 7:54am and ended at 9:05am. There was one (1) caregiver with two (2) children in one room at the time of the visit. Children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys, arriving for the day, handwashing procedures, and eating breakfast. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were two (2) medications on site. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
