Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on September 4, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:55 AM and ended at 11:45 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 5. The inspector reviewed 3 children's records, 3 household members records, and 1 caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Evidence: A pressure mounted gate was being used as a protective barrier at the stair opening that leads to the upper level of the home and one of the pressure mounts was not attached to the gate.
