Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 6 children (14 points) including one resident child with one caregiver.
Children were observed playing with a variety of activities, washing hands, eating snack, and working with the letter "E".
5 child records and 2 adult/caregiver records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited.

The report will be typed off site and emailed for signatures. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days in order for it to be included on the website.
