Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 5 children present, including one resident child (12 points) with one caregiver.
Children were observed working on Antarctic animals, "snow" math, word puzzles, dancing, chalk art and during pick up time.
2 adult records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliance cited.
2 child records were reviewed for previous violations only, as there are no new children enrolled.

Menu, bathroom supplies, fridge/freezer temperatures, child activities, emergency evacuation drills, emergency preparedness plan annually updated, emergency evacuation drills, emergency and first aid supplies were all in compliance.

Evidence:

Based on observation, children's information was not kept confidential.
Evidence:
The Supplemental page, which lists children's names as a key to the violation notice, was posted with the last inspection paperwork.
