Inspector Notes

An unannounced moniotring inspection was conducted today from 3:00PM to 4:00PM. 5 children (12pts) were directly supervised by 1 Caregiver. The physical space, required posted documents, evacuation drills, attendance and the menu were reviewed. Caregiver/household member records and 3 children's records were also reviewed.
