An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 10/21/25, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:08pm and ended at 1:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were zero children present and one caregiver; the point total was zero. The inspector reviewed three household members records. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
