Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 11:55 am- 12:30pm. There were 5 children (11 points) directly supervised by 1 staff member. The child care area, 2 staff records, 1 house hold member record, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed melting ice with water in sensory bins and giving dolls baths. The provider was observed promptly changing children into dry clothes after getting wet during play. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
