Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 30, 2024 from 3:40 p.m. through 5:00 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 50 children, ages 5 through 10, in the care of 5 staff.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children records were reviewed. Annual review of staff records will be scheduled at a future date.
