Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 01/27/2023 from 3:00pm - 4:10 pm. There were 26 children in care with 5 staff.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
