Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/28/2024 with an on-site inspection. Staff records were reviewed on 10/30/2024 at the Greenbrier North YMCA where staff records are maintained. At the time of entrance there were 35 children present with 3 staff supervising.

A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered during this inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
