During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Inspector Notes
An unannounced ,on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 03/06/2025 and completed on 03/06/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:08 pm and ended at 4:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 38 children present and 3 staff. A 4th staff arrived at approximately 3:45 pm. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records on-site and 2 staff records electronically on 03/10/2025.

The most recent criminal record check for staff 1 was completed more than five years ago.

38 children, ages 4 years - 9 years, were observed with 2 staff during toileting and hand washing in the hallway area of the school. 4 staff were needed to meet the required ratio for this mixed age group.
The February 2025 fire drill was not listed on the emergency fire drill log for the program.
4 of 8 injury reports reviewed lacked the following required documentation:

Two children were observed eating food while walking in the cafeteria.
