Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 1/3/2023. There were 65 children, ages 4 months- 6 years, and 15 staff members providing direct supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. The children were observed during outdoor time, mealtime, and rest time. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: emergency supplies and children?s records. A total of 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:30 am and departed at 1:00 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspections determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
