Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/29/2024. There were 57 children, ages 3 months - 5 years, 10 staff members providing direct care and supervision, and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies, and nutrition. The children were observed during teacher directed activities, naptime, and mealtime. A total of 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: hazardous materials, allergy list. The inspector arrived for the inspection at approximately 12:00 pm and departed at approximately 3:00 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
