An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 04/22/2024 in response to allegations received by the licensing office on 04/16/2024 in the areas of Staffing and Supervision. A total of 3 children?s records, and 2 staff records was reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at approximately 7:45 am and departed at approximately 8:30 am.

The information gathered pursuant to an investigation of the complaint did not support the allegation and the complaint was determined to be not valid.
