Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 02/03/2025 and completed on 02/03/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:05 a.m. and ended at 11:45 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 94 children present and 16 staff. The inspector reviewed 9 children?s records, and 5 staff records on-site and 2 agent/applicant records electronically on 02/05/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1During the inspection, child 1, 3 years old, was observed leaving class 1 unsupervised, walking approximately 10 feet down the hall, and entering restroom 1. Child 1 was not within sight and sound supervision of staff.
