Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 02/03/2025 and completed on 02/03/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:05 a.m. and ended at 11:45 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 94 children present and 16 staff. The inspector reviewed 9 children?s records, and 5 staff records on-site and 2 agent/applicant records electronically on 02/05/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Children under 10 years of age shall always be within actual sight and sound supervision of staff.
During the inspection, child 1, 3 years old, was observed leaving class 1 unsupervised, walking approximately 10 feet down the hall, and entering restroom 1. Child 1 was not within sight and sound supervision of staff.
Plan of Correction: Admin will remind staff of the standard and re-train staff.
