Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 17, 2023 from approximately 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. There were 14 children in attendance and a total of 3 staff present. 3 staff records and 5 children?s records were viewed. All areas of the center were observed including the cafeteria, gym, bathrooms, and the playground. The children were observed coloring, working on homework, making slime, and playing outside while the licensing inspector was on-site.
