Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on October 17, 2023 from approximately 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. There were 14 children in attendance and a total of 3 staff present. 3 staff records and 5 children?s records were viewed. All areas of the center were observed including the cafeteria, gym, bathrooms, and the playground. The children were observed coloring, working on homework, making slime, and playing outside while the licensing inspector was on-site.
A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
