Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 02/17/2026, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:20a.m. and ended at 1p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 136 children present and 13 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
