Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 1:10pm and 2:05pm. There were 10 children (22 points) present with the Provider and 2 assistants within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed taking a nap. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, evacuation drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation. Based on a review of caregiver records, 1 out of 3 caregivers did not have a current report of tuberculosis screening every two years from the date of the first screening or more frequently.

Evidence:
1. Caregiver #2's most recent tuberculosis screening on file during the inspection was dated 2/8/2021.
Plan of Correction: The caregiver will get the documentation of the tuberculosis screening and give me a copy.
