Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today between 11:20am-12:15pm. There were 8 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 17 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed taking a nap and playing with toys. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, evacuation drill log, attendance and emergency materials were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation. Violations
1Evidence:
1. The wooden closet door in the room used for nap time was broken in multiple places at the bottom, creating jagged and sharp wood.
2. There is white paint that is chipping on the wall by the air vent in the main family day home room.
3. There is a Spiderman ride-on toy in the backyard play area that is broken and has sharp plastic edges exposed.
