Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/352024. The on-site inspection began at 12:05pm and ended at 1:05pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 32. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household members records on-site on 12/5/2024. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Bottles are required to be labeled with the child's full name and the date, if more than one infant is in care.

There were 6 bottles with no dates on them during the time of the inspection and there were 6 infants in care.
Plan of Correction: We will make sure all of the bottles have the dates on them every day.
