Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 11:05am and 11:40am. There were 7 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 24 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating lunch and dancing to music. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Based on observation and interview, equipment used by children were not maintained and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Evidence: During the inspection a child was observed sitting in a feeding chair and the seat buckle was not buckled.
Plan of Correction: The child was buckled but he pulled it off.

Based on record review, the providers emergency preparedness plan was not reviewed at least annually.
Evidence: The most recent documented review of the emergency preparedness plan is dated 1/15/2021.
