Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 10:30am and 11:40am. There were 10 children present with the Provider and 2 assistant for a total of points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating lunch (macaroni and cheese, mixed vegetables, apple sauce and milk), and playing freely. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.

Based on observation, information contained in children's records was not kept privileged and confidential.
Evidence: The Supplemental form from the most recent inspection was observed posted at the family day home. The Supplemental form clearly stated "DO NOT POST" and noted that the information should be kept confidential.
Plan of Correction: I will remove it.
