Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/03/2026. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:09am. There were 10 children and 3 caregivers; the point total was 23. The inspector reviewed 4 child and 5 caregiver/household records. The inspection included document review, observations, interviews, and a tour of the facility. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
