Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 4/08/2021. The director was contacted by video conferencing application to initiate the inspection. Staff to child ratios were found to be in compliance . 73 children directly supervised by 19 staff. . A virtual tour was conducted of the program and classrooms were observed to determine compliance. A sample of staff and children's records were reviewed as well as emergency preparedness plans, supplies and drills.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
The licensing inspector has reviewed with the program COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care Programs.
