Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/9/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 1:30 PM and ended at 2:56 PM. There were 20 staff with 77 children in 9 rooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed preparing for naptime, some were resting on their cots and others were sitting at a table with organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, medication, and fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
