Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on March 8, 2023 between the hours of 9:00am and 12:00pm. There were 66 children present, with 16 staff supervising within the supervision guidelines. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 7 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

3Evidence: Child #2 Date of enrollment is 12/13/21 and the first immunization documentation is dated 9/9/22.
Evidence: 1. The diapering surface in the Infant-B classroom was not sanitized after each use.
2. The diapering surface was only cleaned with soap and water after each use.
Evidence: A tube of Lanolin Cream was not in the original container and was not labeled with a child's name (Toddler classroom, ages 1-2 years, room #11).
