Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted 10/31/2022 at 12:45pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 23 school-aged children under the supervision of 8 staff. Children were observed getting ready to go outside, and playing outside. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials that were developmentally appropriate for the children in care. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
