Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 1/27/2023 from 2:10pm to 3pm. There were 38 school-agers directly supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, no new children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
