Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/6/2023 from 1:20pm to 2:23pm. There were 27 school-agers directly supervised by 10 staff. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, 6 children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group and individual play, and socializing with each other and staff. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
