54.1 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today in person. There were 8 children present with the Provider and a Caregiver for a total of 18 points. The entire downstairs is designated space for the children and includes a small kitchen, bathroom, play space, and a separate sleeping area for infants. Each child has enrollment information maintained in a binder that allowed easy review for the Inspector to check for required documents. The Provider and assistant are current in CPR, have completed more than the required annual training hours, and the Provider is MAT certified. The Inspector reviewed two children's records, all three household records, and checked Clearances. There were no violations noted at the inspection. Please call with questions 703 479-4679.
