Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/9/2024 from 9:20 am to 10:35 am. There were 10 children supervised by 2 direct caregivers. The home, 3 caregiver's records, 5 children?s records, 3 household members? records, evacuation drills, medication, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely and participating in circle time. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
