Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 1/24/2025 and completed on 1/28/2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:30 am and ended at 10:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were nine children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
