An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on August 4, 2023, in response to a self-reported incident that was received on August 2, 2023 in reference to behavior management and forbidden actions. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards regarding the self-report.
