The inspection findings have been updated as a result of a first step review completed on May 16, 2025.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/25/2025 and completed on 03/25/2025 with local agencies, in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 02/24/2025 relating to behavior guidance. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site and electronically. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
