Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/31/2023 at 6:50am. There were 5 school-agers directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant,1 staff record, 5 children?s records, 2 children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in individual and group activities, arriving to care and socializing. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
