Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on and completed on 02/27/2025. The on-site inspection began at 5:30 p.m. and ended at 6:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were two children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and four staff records.
