Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. There were 6 children present (18 points)
with 2 caregivers.
Children were observed resting, during diapering, handwashing and playing with a variety of toys and games.
6 child and 5 caregiver or household records were reviewed.

The menu, emergency preparedness plan, fridge/freezer temperatures, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, bathroom supplies, crib spacing and the dog's rabies vaccinations were all in compliance today.
