Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/14/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 3 children present, ranging in ages from 8 months to 22 months, with two staff supervising 11 points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition (children bring food from home). A child's record, emergency drills, annual training, the new requirement for a carbon monoxide detector and opportunities for on-line training were discussed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
