Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. Four children were in care with one provider for fourteen points which was within ratios for supervision. One child was sleeping during the inspection and the other 3 were observed in free play. The main level of the home is dedicated to childcare and has equipment and materials for very young children in care. Reviewed one child's record, emergency preparation, training requirements, cribs, background checks, rabies for household pets and TB for all household members. Lunch is bought from home each day. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.

Evidence:
Child #1 was not listed on the written attendance record.
Plan of Correction: The provider added the child's name to the attendance record the day of the inspection and will make sure all children are listed moving forward.
