Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 12:30 pm to 1:15pm. There were 4 children (6 points) in direct care of 1 caregiver. The children were observed arriving to the family day home and playing games on electronic devices. A walk through of the family day home was conducted. Emergency drill records and supplies were reviewed. There were no medications on site. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
