Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/28/23 9:40 am to 10:25 am. There were 2 children (7 points) in care of 1 caregiver. The children were observed playing with toys, getting diapered and drinking milk. 1 caregiver's record, 1 household member's record and 2 children's records were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Attendance and emergency drill records were reviewed.

Based on records review and staff interview, the family day home did not obtain results of a repeat fingerprint based criminal record check (CRC)for all caregivers, every five years.
Evidence: Caregiver # 1's most recent CRC was completed on 7/5/18. The CRC was not repeated in five years.
Plan of Correction: The appointment will be made for fingerprinting.
