Providers must keep a written record of children in attendance each day that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. The provider did not document the arrival and departure on November 6, 2024.
Plan of Correction: I will write the time the children arrive and leave each day.

Tables must be cleaned and sanitized before each use for feeding. The provider served a snack without cleaning and sanitizing the table prior.
