Inspector Notes
A modification inspection was conducted on December 28, 2022, approximately 9:30 am to 10:00 am. The provider moved to a new location. The family day home is located in the basement area of the home. There were 7 children and 3 staff members present during the inspection. A walk-through was conducted. The Provider has toys, books, blocks and center areas for the children's development and gross motor skills. The backyard is fenced with a playground area.
No violations were observed during the inspection.
